One Account, One Person

Each individual may hold only one SWC Cup account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited. Registration requires a verified Philippine mobile number.

You Must Be 21 or Older

SWC Cup is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification may be requested at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and balances returned to the verified depositor.

Withdrawals to Your Own Accounts Only

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. SWC Cup does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonuses Come with Fair Conditions

All bonuses and promotions have wagering requirements and eligibility conditions which are stated clearly at the time of the offer. Attempting to abuse bonus structures may result in account suspension.

Fair Play is Non-Negotiable

The use of automated betting software, bots, collusion between accounts, or any form of match exploitation is strictly prohibited. SWC Cup reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in such activity.

Your Data is Protected

1. Introduction

Welcome to SWC Cup. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and SWC Cup ("we," "us," "our," or "the platform") in connection with your use of the SWC Cup website, mobile interface, and all related services accessible at swccup.com.

By creating an SWC Cup account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use SWC Cup.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SWC Cup.

Important: SWC Cup is operated and offered exclusively to eligible residents of the Philippines. Use of the platform from outside the Philippines or in any jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is prohibited is not permitted and is the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use SWC Cup, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
You must be using the platform in your personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
You must not be a current or former employee of SWC Cup, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, applied through SWC Cup's responsible gaming tools.
You must not have been previously banned or permanently suspended from SWC Cup for violations of these Terms.

SWC Cup reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Registering while under the age of 21, or providing false information about your age or identity, is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law. Any winnings accumulated in an ineligible account may be voided and the account permanently closed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one SWC Cup account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, mobile number, or payment method used. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at SWC Cup's discretion, with balances subject to review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Notify us promptly if any details change by contacting support at support@swccup.com.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SWC Cup username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. SWC Cup will treat all activity on your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of a security breach.

Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and should be unique to SWC Cup.
SWC Cup will never ask for your full password via email, phone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
You agree to log out of your SWC Cup account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on SWC Cup — deposits, withdrawals, and wallet balances — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your SWC Cup wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few minutes for GCash and Maya.

SWC Cup accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, Visa and Mastercard bank cards, and bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, SWC Cup will communicate alternative options to you via the email or number registered to your account. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name — not in the name of a third party.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Most withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
SWC Cup reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns are unusual.
Deposited funds that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

Note on Pending Bonuses: Withdrawals may be restricted if you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements. Check your bonus status in your account dashboard before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on SWC Cup are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game, as well as the general betting rules described here. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final.

Accepted Bets: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the SWC Cup system and a bet ID has been assigned. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid, regardless of the outcome of the event.
Odds at Time of Bet: The odds displayed and accepted at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect already-accepted bets.
Live Betting: Live in-game bets are subject to short delays in processing during high-traffic periods. SWC Cup reserves the right to void live bets placed after the outcome of the relevant market has already been determined.
Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of event cancellations, postponements beyond a specified period, data feed errors, or clear pricing errors. Voided bets are returned to your wallet at the original stake amount.
Maximum Payouts: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits which are specified per market. Bets exceeding the maximum payout limit will be paid at the maximum limit only.
Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount is ₱10 unless otherwise specified for a specific market or game.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

SWC Cup offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates — are communicated clearly at the time of the offer and are binding on all participants.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus for new SWC Cup members is subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiple and eligible games are stated on the promotion page.
Referral Bonus: The ₱100 referral bonus is awarded per qualifying referral as defined in the Refer a Friend programme terms. Referral bonuses are credited automatically when all qualifying conditions are met.
Cashback Promotions: Weekly cashback percentages are calculated on net losses during the specified period only, and are credited to your wallet at the start of the following week. Cashback is not subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited.
Abuse Prevention: SWC Cup reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to suspend an account, if there is evidence that a member is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.

Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to accounts other than the one to which they were credited. All bonus terms must be satisfied under the account holder's own activity — bets placed in coordination with other accounts to satisfy wagering requirements will be considered bonus abuse.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SWC Cup and will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without manual human input.
Collusion with other members to fix the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
Exploiting technical errors, data feed delays, or pricing glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Bets placed as a result of clear pricing errors will be voided.
Using a VPN, proxy service, or any technology to disguise your actual location or circumvent geographic access controls.
Laundering money or using SWC Cup for any financial transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
Providing false identity documents during verification procedures.
Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward SWC Cup staff or other members.

Your Rights as a Member

You have the right to request a full copy of your account transaction history, to request account closure at any time, and to access all responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SWC Cup platform — including but not limited to the SWC Cup brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and data compilations — is the property of SWC Cup or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the SWC Cup platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any SWC Cup content without prior written permission.
Use the SWC Cup name, logo, or branding in any external communication, social media post, or promotional material without prior written approval.
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the SWC Cup platform using automated tools.
Create derivative works based on any SWC Cup content or interface element.

Unauthorised use of SWC Cup's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on SWC Cup infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@swccup.com with full details of your claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

SWC Cup provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

SWC Cup is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
SWC Cup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your SWC Cup wallet at the time of the incident.
SWC Cup does not accept liability for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages on the part of your mobile network or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter where limitation or exclusion of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

SWC Cup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
The account holder has provided false registration information.
We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
The account is being used for money laundering or any other financial crime.

In cases of account suspension under investigation, access to funds may be restricted while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation concludes without finding a violation, funds will be released in full. If a violation is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@swccup.com. All outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

11. Responsible Gaming

SWC Cup is committed to promoting responsible gaming among our Filipino members. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We have implemented the following responsible gaming tools which are available to all members at no cost:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your SWC Cup wallet.
Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During this period, your account remains open but betting and deposit functionality is suspended.
Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from SWC Cup. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

SWC Cup reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the SWC Cup website and, where the changes are significant, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Changes take effect from the date published unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of SWC Cup after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
